I forgot my password
Open Reset your password, enter your email and follow the link we send you. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open your account and choose Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your cards stay with you. If you paid another way, write to us.
How do I delete my account?
On the website, open your account and choose Delete account. This removes your account, cards and progress for good.
The extension shows no subtitles
Reload the video page. If that does not help, open chrome://extensions and click the reload arrow on Fluent by Accident, or install the latest version from the download page.
